Application Guidelines:
1. Priority will be given to NTU students, faculty, and staff when applying for the
AI Writing Review service.2. The document must not exceed 5,000 words. Files must be submitted in Microsoft Word format, and
the file name should follow the format: “StudentID_Name.”3. After successful registration, applicants will receive the AI-reviewed document within three business
days. Please log in to the registration system to check the status and download the file.
If the document status remains “Not Reviewed,” it indicates that the application was unsuccessful.4. Since the Online AI Tutor Consultation is conducted on a one-on-one basis, applicants who wish to
cancel after being accepted must do so through the registration system at least three business
days in advance, so the slot can be offered to other students. Applicants who miss two or more
appointments (including two) without notice will lose eligibility to use this service for the remainder
of the semester.5. After receiving the consultation service, applicants must complete the feedback form. Your
suggestions will help us improve the quality of our services.6. The Writing Center reserves the right of final review and approval.
